Artist's Comments

Kaiba is a new anime that's directed by the dude who made Mind Game (which was awesome), Masaaki Yuasa. Episode 4 is done ENTIRELY by Michio Mihara, and Episode 5 is Eunyoung Choi, both genius animators.

It starts off slow but it really picks up! Overall an awesome anime. I recommend it, but it's not for everyone. The plot is easy enough to grasp, but it leaves a lot of things unexplained, and I *think* it's social commentary, but you never know with the Japanese. The designs are very Osamu Tezuka, and the animation is very good overall and changes some times, which is always fun.

Vanilla is my favorite character. auhnnn Vanillaaa ;w;

i saw 4-5 episodes and then i stopped b/c i felt disgusted about the child-abuser dude (vanilla?).

other than that, the animation was great and the story was creative. i was going to recommend it to my baby brother but then i change my mind when i watched it myself.

hahaha aw man, I never thought of it that way. That is kinda creepy. I always assumed all the childlike characters were in their teens or early 20s or something

Gah, I read the title on the devlist as "Kaiba fanart by KisaRA" and I was like "WHAT. Why is there Yu-Gi-Oh on my FL!?" then I blinked.

... It's morning I haven't had coffee ignore me.

Anyway YES, Kaiba is most awesome and so is this picture <3

btw do you know how many episodes there are, or has is not even ended yet? I'm only on like...episode 6 or something..
